Short and simple…I made this Lemon Snozberry Blueberry Pound Cake.
I love cake like this because it is delish with coffee.
and I love coffee.
it’s from Cooking Light.
I used less sugar, more lemon, light cooking butter, frozen blueberries (thawed and drained), and fat free sour cream. So basically nothing the recipe recommended.
But, Devin can’t stop eating it. Always a good sign.
