I wish every day was Sunday

Last week I made Baked's Sunday Night Cake.
It came out PERFECTLY even though Devin thought I iced the cake to the plate.
Not true.  The recipe SAID to do it this way.
It was so super easy to make.

The icing is a chocolate pudding icing.  I've never made it before, but I think I can claim pro status on this.
Also, while mixing this cake, my brain (and my mind- someone name the movie) went on autopilot and tilted the mixer up and then turned it on.
Batter everywhere.
Not so pro status, but hilarious.

Yum!

Yesterday I picked up the mister to go on an anniversary lunch outing.
Our first stop was a new little market he has been dying to take me to.
I love him.

LORD, SEND A REVIVAL!
Name the movie.
Revival Market is THE CUTEST MARKET LIKE EVER.
They only carry locally grown products.
Love.

I want to pause here and speak on behalf of the bread at this place.
Un. freaking. believable.
We bought a loaf and I'm not saying what kind 1. because I don't remember and 2. I don't want all of you rushing to Revival and buying it all leaving none for myself.
Selfless.
But seriously.  The bread.  D and I fight over it.  I sneak bites at 1am when he is asleep.

Oh and then I bought the most amazing drinkable yogurt ever.

Dear Husband,

Two years ago I was sitting in a condo in Austin, drinking my morning coffee, and thinking about you.  Someone told me I should probably start getting ready, and I was snapped into the reality that on that gorgeous day I was actually finally getting to marry you.  Oh happy day!!  In 2 years, you have changed me in every way I desperately needed to be changed.  You have encouraged me to do things no one ever told me I could do.  You support me when I want to try something new, you love me more and better than anyone on this earth ever could.  You are everything I needed and I will spend my days thanking God for you and wondering why He would ever choose to bless me with you.  You have bewitched my heart, and I love you madly.

Love,

Wife
