11.11.10

Dear Husband,

When you leaped off of that 50 bazillion foot high cliff into a lake of cold water, I was the proudest I've ever been to be your wife.  You're welcome for being awesome and not freaking.  Last night you told me your new marathon time goal is to beat Oprah.  A brave goal, my friend.  We are in neck deep in marathon training.  Crap.

  2. 1) I really appreciated your post about cliff jumping in the middle of Nov. Hello, TX! Wasn't like 75 out today? Rediculous.
    2) I think the fact that you guys discuss Oprah in reference to your marathon styles makes you all awesome, whoop!
    3) I might have blerted out how much I like your blog on today's blog post...

    4) Good luck on the marathon stuff! You guys can do it, Oprah doesn't stand a chance!

  3. To put it in perspective... Oprah ran a 4:29 back in 1994. Not bad for a talk show host. We WILL beat Oprah!!

  4. Stephanie,

You know what they say about marriage? That whole "whats mine is yours" business? Well, your huz bein' an Aggie makes you an Ag by association :) ...Atleast that's the rule that applies in our house. Whoop!

    Devin,

I never knew Oprah was such a haus. But, I think you guys can totally leave her in the dust!

If I happen to be in Houston on that particular day when you guys happen to be doing your marathon, I'll make sure to carry around an encouraging poster board ...just in case I happen to stumble upon your group of marathoners in all of Houston :)

Gig 'em and Good luck team!
